He does nothing ostentatious during his visits, merely assists the villagers with tasks as needed, or takes on child-sitting duty for any beleaguered caretakers.
It isn't a big village, so he's bound to run into Harley sooner or later. This particular afternoon, he's hanging out by the docks, repairing some fishing nets and humming to himself a little ditty to himself while he works, making himself available to anyone who'd like to sit and keep him company.
